EXPcalibur guide
The labeled addresses share one guest array. One guest byte array, four useful landmarks One guest byte array, four useful landmarks 0 x 0000 0 x 2000 0 x 8000 0 x C 000 0 x F F F F 65 , 536 b y t e s one flat array Image starts at 0x0000 Its length varies. An image boundary is tracked, but it is not a read/write/execute wall. Frames begin at 0x2000 This is a compiler convention for source-language locals and saved returns. Operand stack starts at 0x8000 The stack pointer advances in four-byte words; it survives a tick boundary. Status copy uses 0xC000 A host service writes a snapshot into guest bytes; the live world remains host-owned. Landmarks describe ordinary compiled code; the VM does not enforce separate protected regions. The labels are compiler and standard-library conventions. The VM does not create protected code, frame, stack, and snapshot compartments at those addresses.
